Belgium has a Marine Component, which does not equal to the "US Marines", but is just the name of our Navy.

What we do have, is the Immediate Reaction Cell (also localy known as the "Para Commando's"), which is the elite force of the Belgian Army.


Eventually, we also have the CGSU. Which is the Federal Police Task Force for kidnappings, Terrorism, Hostages and overal "shit-hit-the-fan stuff. They stay within Belgium normally. The IRC goes abroad.

That's kinda what I was thinking. Marines outside US usually means Navy. I know most countries have black ops like elite branches of their militias. Perhaps Luca is trying to pawn himself off as one of these elite type black ops soldiers? (I'm roflmffao at the picture that is bringing to mind)
