    Skill Updates for Dark Elves (Mage/Warlock/Wizard)


    Greetings Rohanians!

    We just released the First Skill Update for the Half Elves and Dark Elves.
    We are happy to share with you the changes done on both races.

    Please refer below for the Dark Elves Skill Update.



    [Mage]

    Strong Mind : Increased INT and PSY coefficient
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 7. After a successful critical, 60% -> 50% of Intelligence and 100% -> 90% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 15. After a successful critical, 80% -> 70% of Intelligence and 120% -> 125% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 23. After a successful critical, 100% of Intelligence and 140% -> 175% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 31. After a successful critical, 120% -> 150% of Intelligence and 160% -> 275% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 39. After a successful critical, 140% -> 225% of Intelligence and 180% -> 400% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : After a successful critical, 160% -> 300% of Intelligence and 200% -> 525% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : After a successful critical, 180% -> 400% of Intelligence and 220% -> 700% of Psyche are added as damage. Lasts for 90 minutes.

    Intelligence Beam : Increased damage dependant on INT
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 9. Deals 200% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 17. Deals 250% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 25. Deals 300% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 33. Deals 350% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 41. Deals 400% -> 450% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.
    Level 6 : Deals 450% -> 550% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.
    Level 7 : Deals 500% -> 700% of Intelligence as Magic Attack at a target.

    Wide Encourage : Increased damage dependant on INT
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 11. Deals 150% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 19. Deals 180% -> 200% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 27. Deals 210% -> 250% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 35. Deals 240% -> 300% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 43. Deals 270% -> 400% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.
    Level 6 : Deals 300% -> 500% of Intelligence as damage to the target and surrounding enemies. 10m radius.

    Staff Mastery : Increased staff damage / increased attack speed / increased damage dependant on INT
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. Increases the staff damage by 3% -> 20%, 100% of Intelligence as added damage, and 2% -> 10% boost in attack speed.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Increases the staff damage by 6% -> 25%, 120% of Intelligence as added damage, and 4% -> 10% boost in attack speed.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Increases the staff damage by 9% -> 30%, 140% of Intelligence as added damage, and 6% -> 10% boost in attack speed.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Increases the staff damage by 12% -> 35%, 160% of Intelligence as added damage, and 8% -> 10% boost in attack speed.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Increases the staff damage by 15% -> 40%, 180% of Intelligence as added damage, and 10% boost in attack speed.
    Level 6 : Increases the staff damage by 20% -> 50%, 200% of Intelligence as added damage, and 15% -> 30% boost in attack speed.
    Level 7 : Increases the staff damage by 30% -> 70%, 300% of Intelligence as added damage, and 30% -> 50% boost in attack speed.

    Add Intention : Changed from Damage over Time to damage dependant on INT / increased skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. Increases the caster's Intelligence by 10% for 5 -> 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Increases the caster's Intelligence by 15% for 5 -> 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Increases the caster's Intelligence by 20% for 5 -> 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Increases the caster's Intelligence by 25% for 5 -> 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Increases the caster's Intelligence by 30% for 5 -> 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Increases the caster's Intelligence by 40% for 10 -> 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Increases the caster's Intelligence by 60% for 60 -> 120 minutes.

    Intelligent Shield : Increased Damage drop dependant on INT / decreased skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. Decreases all damage received by 20% -> 50% of Intelligence for 10 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Decreases all damage received by 25% -> 75% of Intelligence for 10 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Decreases all damage received by 30% -> 100% of Intelligence for 12 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Decreases all damage received by 35% -> 125% of Intelligence for 14 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Decreases all damage received by 40% -> 150% of Intelligence for 16 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 6 : Decreases all damage received by 50% -> 200% of Intelligence for 20 minutes -> 20 seconds.
    Level 7 : Decreases all damage received by 60% -> 400% of Intelligence for 120 minutes -> 40 seconds.

    Snatch : Stolen buff fixed to 1 / increased cooldown time.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 60. Steals 1 buff skill from target for 5 minutes. Cooldown: 120 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 68. Steals 1 buff skill from target for 10 minutes. Cooldown: 120 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 76. Steals 1 buff skill from target for 15 minutes. Cooldown: 120 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 84. Steals 1 buff skill from target for 20 minutes. Cooldown: 120 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 92. Steals 1 buff skill from target for 25 minutes. Cooldown: 90 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 6 : Steals 2 -> 1 buff skill from target for 30 minutes. Cooldown: 60 -> 1800 seconds.
    Level 7 : Steals 3 -> 1 buff skill from target for 60 minutes. Cooldown: 60 -> 1800 seconds.

    Pollution Mind : Increased damage dependant on INT / changed skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. Deals 120% -> 200% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 9 seconds to 4 targets in the selected area.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. Deals 140% -> 300% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 12 seconds to 5 targets in the selected area.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. Deals 160% -> 400% of Intelligence as damage for 15 seconds to 6 targets in the selected area.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. Deals 180% -> 500% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 18 seconds to 7 targets in the selected area.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. Deals 200% -> 600% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 21 seconds to 8 targets in the selected area.
    Level 6 : Deals 240% -> 700% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 24 seconds to 9 targets in the selected area.
    Level 7 : Deals 280% -> 900% of Intelligence as damage for 15 -> 30 seconds to 9 targets in the selected area.

    Area Toxic Potion : Added damage dependant on INT / changed skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Deals 200% of Intelligence as damage for 10 -> 9 seconds to 4 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Deals 300% of Intelligence as damage for 12 seconds to 5 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Deals 400% of Intelligence as damage for 14 -> 15 seconds to 6 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Deals 500% of Intelligence as damage for 16 -> 18 seconds to 7 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Deals 600% of Intelligence as damage for 18 -> 21 seconds to 8 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 6 : Deals 700% of Intelligence as damage for 20 -> 24 seconds to 9 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.
    Level 7 : Deals 900% of Intelligence as damage for 30 seconds to 9 targets in the selected area. Targets cannot use potions.

    Rise Root : Increased damage dependant on INT / changed skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Deals 100% -> 200% of Intelligence as damage, and 4 targets become immovable for 3 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Deals 110% -> 300% of Intelligence as damage, and 5 targets become immovable for 4 -> 3 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Deals 120% -> 400% of Intelligence as damage, and 6 targets become immovable for 5 -> 4 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Deals 130% -> 500% of Intelligence as damage, and 7 targets become immovable for 6 -> 4 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Deals 140% -> 600% of Intelligence as damage, and 8 targets become immovable for 7 -> 5 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 6 : Deals 150% -> 700% of Intelligence as damage, and 9 targets become immovable for 8 -> 5 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 7 : Deals 160% -> 900% of Intelligence as damage, and 9 targets become immovable for 9 -> 7 seconds in a 10m radius.

    Mana Incineration : Changed from normal to ALL damage received.
    Level 1 : Burns the target's mana by 5% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 2 : Burns the target's mana by 10% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 3 : Burns the target's mana by 15% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 4 : Burns the target's mana by 20% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 5 : Burns the target's mana by 25% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Burns the target's mana by 30% of all damage received for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Burns the target's mana by 40% of all damage received for 30 minutes.

    Nightmare : Increased damage dependant on INT and PSY.
    Level 1 : Deals 10% -> 150% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 3 targets, and decreases all attacks by 5% (3 seconds)
    Level 2 : Deals 30% -> 200% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 4 targets, and decreases all attacks by 10% (4 seconds)
    Level 3 : Deals 50% -> 250% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 5 targets, and decreases all attacks by 15% (5 seconds)
    Level 4 : Deals 70% -> 300% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 6 targets, and decreases all attacks by 20% (6 seconds)
    Level 5 : Deals 90% -> 400% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 7 targets, and decreases all attacks by 25% (7 seconds)
    Level 6 : Deals 110% -> 500% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 8 targets, and decreases all attacks by 30% (8 seconds)
    Level 7 : Deals 150% -> 700% of Intelligence and Psyche as damage to 9 targets, and decreases all attacks by 50% (10 seconds)



    [Wizard]

    Ring Burst : Increased damage dependant on PSY / increased skill radius.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Deals 150% -> 200% of Psyche as added damage to 4 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Deals 160% -> 300% of Psyche as added damage to 5 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Deals 170% -> 400% of Psyche as added damage to 6 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Deals 180% -> 500% of Psyche as added damage to 7 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Deals 190% -> 600% of Psyche as added damage to 8 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.
    Level 6 : Deals 200% -> 700% of Psyche as added damage to 9 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius
    Level 7 : Deals 220% -> 900% of Psyche as added damage to 9 targets in a 10 -> 20m radius.

    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. For 27 minutes, increases staff damage by 12% -> 35%, and 130% of Psyche is applied as added damage.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. For 30 minutes, increases staff damage by 15% -> 40%, and 140% of Psyche is applied as added damage.
    Level 6 : For 30 minutes, increases staff damage by 20% -> 50%, and 150% of Psyche is applied as added damage.
    Level 7 : For 120 minutes, increases staff damage by 30% -> 70%, and 200% of Psyche is applied as added damage.

    Add Temper : Changed to increase PSY / increased skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. Increases Psyche by 10% for 4 -> 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Increases Psyche by 15% for 8 -> 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Increases Psyche by 20% for 12 -> 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Increases Psyche by 25% for 16 -> 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Increases Psyche by 30% for 20 -> 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Increases Psyche by 40% for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Increases Psyche by 60% for 60 -> 120 minutes.

    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Decreases all damage received by 23% -> 15% of Psyche for 10 minutes. Lasts 10 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Decreases all damage received by 26% -> 20% of Psyche for 15 minutes. Lasts 12 -> 15 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Decreases all damage received by 29% -> 25% of Psyche for 20 minutes. Lasts 14 -> 20 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Decreases all damage received by 32% -> 30% of Psyche for 25 minutes. Lasts 16 -> 25 minutes.
    Level 6 : Decreases all damage received by 35% -> 40% of Psyche for 30 minutes. Lasts 20 -> 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Decreases all damage received by 40% -> 50% of Psyche for 120 minutes. Lasts 120 minutes.

    Destroy : Increased skill duration / reduced cooldown.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 62. For 2 -> 5 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 1 target. Increases damage by 10%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 70. For 2 ->10 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 2 targets. Increases damage by 12%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 78. For 2 ->15 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 3 targets. Increases damage by 14%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 86. For 2 -> 20 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 4 targets. Increases damage by 16%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 94. For 2 -> 25 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 5 targets. Increases damage by 18%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 6 : For 3 -> 30 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 7 targets. Increases damage by 20%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.
    Level 7 : For 24 -> 60 minutes, normal attacks deal area damage. Additional 8 targets. Increases damage by 25%. Cooldown: 300 seconds -> 1 second.

    Extension Spell : Changed to a consumable skill.
    Level 1 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 150% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 2 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 200% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 3 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 250% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 4 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 300% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 5 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 350% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 6 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 400% damage and hits the target 100%.
    Level 7 : For 60 seconds, the next attack skill casted is increased by 500% damage and hits the target 100%.

    Weakness : Increased HP and MP reduction on target / reduced skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 54. Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 12% -> 15% for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 62. Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 14% -> 18% for 35 -> 20 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 70. Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 16% -> 21% for 40 -> 25 seconds.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 78. Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 18% -> 24% for 45 -> 30 seconds.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 86. Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 20% -> 27% for 50 -> 35 seconds.
    Level 6 : Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 24% -> 30% for 60 -> 40 seconds.
    Level 7 : Decreases the target's Max HP and MP by 30% -> 50% for 120 -> 50 seconds.

    Strike Bash : Increased damage dependant on PSY.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Deals 100% of Psyche as damage. 4 enemies are stunned for 4 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Deals 110% -> 200% of Psyche as damage. 5 enemies are stunned for 4 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Deals 120% -> 300% of Psyche as damage. 6 enemies are stunned for 4 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Deals 130% -> 400% of Psyche as damage. 7 enemies are stunned for 5 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Deals 140% -> 500% of Psyche as damage. 8 enemies are stunned for 5 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 6 : Deals 150% -> 600% of Psyche as damage. 9 enemies are stunned for 6 seconds in a 10m radius.
    Level 7 : Deals 180% -> 800% of Psyche as damage. 9 enemies are stunned for 6 seconds in a 10m radius.

    Slow : Increased damage boost / added an increase in damage dependant on Mana,
    Level 1 : 10% -> 20% increased damage and 10% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 20% for 5secs.
    Level 2 : 15% -> 30% increased damage and 10% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 25% for 5secs.
    Level 3 : 20% -> 40% increased damage and 15% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 30% for 10secs.
    Level 4 : 25% -> 50% increased damage and 15% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 35% for 10secs.
    Level 5 : 30% -> 70% increased damage and 20% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 40% for 15secs.
    Level 6 : 40% -> 90% increased damage and 20% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 50% for 20secs.
    Level 7 : 50% -> 120% increased damage and 25% of MP as add damage in a 10m radius. Reduces movement and attack speeds by 60% for 30secs.

    Multi Magic Arrow : Increased damage dependant on PSY.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. Deals 40% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 2 attacks.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. Deals 45% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 3 attacks.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. Deals 50% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 4 attacks.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. Deals 55% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 5 attacks.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. Deals 60% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 6 attacks.
    Level 6 : Deals 70% -> 100% of Psyche as damage for a total of 7 attacks.
    Level 7 : Deals 80% -> 150% of Psyche as damage for a total of 8 attacks.

    Magical Piercing : Increased magical damage increase dependent on PSY.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 54. Targets an enemy plus 4 others behind and deals 200% -> 300% of Psyche as Magic Damage in a 15m radius.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 62. Targets an enemy plus 5 others behind and deals 250% -> 375% of Psyche as Magic Damage in a 15m radius.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 70. Targets an enemy plus 6 others behind and deals 300% -> 450% of Psyche as Magic Damage in a 15m radius.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 78. Targets an enemy plus 7 others behind and deals 350% -> 525% of Psyche as Magic Damage in a 15m radius.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 86. Targets an enemy plus 8 others behind and deals 400% -> 600% of Psyche as Magic Damage in a 15m radius.
