    Skill Updates for Half Elves (Archer/Ranger/Scout)


    Greetings Rohanians!


    We just released the First Skill Update for the Half Elves and Dark Elves.
    We are happy to share with you the changes done on both races.

    [Archer]

    Nimble -> Agility : Changed from target buff to personal (caster buff) / increased DEX.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 7. 6% -> 10% boost in DEX
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 15. 9% -> 15% boost in DEX
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 23. 12% -> 20% boost in DEX
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 31. 15% -> 25% boost in DEX
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 39. 18% -> 30% boost in DEX
    Level 6 : 21 -> 35% boost in DEX
    Level 7 : 30-> 50% boost in DEX

    Enchanted Arrow
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 5. 10% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 13. 15% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 21. 20% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 29. 25% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 37. 30% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : 35% Arrow and Bolt damage. Lasts 30 minutes.

    Evade : Changed from target buff to personal (caster buff).
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 11. Increases the caster's Evasion by 15%. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 19. Increases the caster's Evasion by 20%. Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 27. Increases the caster's Evasion by 25%. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 35. Increases the caster's Evasion by 30%. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 43. Increases the caster's Evasion by 35%. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Increases the caster's Evasion by 40%. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Increases the caster's Evasion by 50%. Lasts for 30 -> 90 minutes.

    Fatal : Increased damage based on DEX.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 9. After a successful critical hit, 100% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 17. After a successful critical hit, 150% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 25. After a successful critical hit, 200% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 33. After a successful critical hit, 250% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 41. After a successful critical hit, 300% -> 350% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : After a successful critical hit, 350% -> 500% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : After a successful critical hit, 400% -> 700% of the Dexterity is added as damage. Lasts for 90 minutes.

    Feeble Arrow : Increased target's STR drop / reduced skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 9. Decreases the target's Strength by 3% -> 8%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 17. Decreases the target's Strength by 6% -> 12%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 25. Decreases the target's Strength by 9% ->16%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 33. Decreases the target's Strength by 12% -> 20%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 41. Decreases the target's Strength by 15% -> 25%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 6 : Decreases the target's Strength by 18% -> 30%. Lasts for 30 -> 15 seconds.
    Level 7 : Decreases the target's Strength by 21% -> 40%. Lasts for 30 -> 25 seconds.

    Long Shot : Increased distance of ranged weapon attack / increased skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 5. Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 10%. Lasts for 5 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 13. Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 20% -> 15%. Lasts for 6 ->10 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 21. Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 30% -> 20%. Lasts for 7 -> 15 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 29. Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 40% -> 25%. Lasts for 8 -> 20 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 37. Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 50% -> 35%. Lasts for 9 -> 25 minutes.
    Level 6 : Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 60% -> 45%. Lasts for 15 -> 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Increases the attack distance of a ranged weapon by 60%. Lasts for 120 -> 60 minutes.



    [Ranger]

    Crossbow Mastery : Increased bow damage / increased damage depending on Dex / added an increase in attack speed.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. 10% -> 20% boost in crossbow DMG, 100% of DEX is applied as damage, 10% increased attack speed. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. 15% -> 25% boost in crossbow DMG, 110% of DEX is applied as damage, 10% increased attack speed. Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. 20% -> 30% boost in crossbow DMG, 120% of DEX is applied as damage, 10% increased attack speed. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. 25% -> 35% boost in crossbow DMG, 130% of DEX is applied as damage, 10% increased attack speed. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. 30% -> 40% boost in crossbow DMG, 140% of DEX is applied as damage, 10% increased attack speed. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : 40% -> 50% boost in crossbow DMG, 150% of DEX is applied as damage, 30% increased attack speed. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : 50% -> 70% boost in crossbow DMG, 200% of DEX is applied as damage, 50% increased attack speed. Lasts for 120 minutes.

    Speed Wind : Decreasaed cooldown.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. Increases the attack speed of the caster by 80% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 seconds
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. Increases the attack speed of the caster by 100% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 -> 60 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. Increases the attack speed of the caster by 120% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 -> 50 seconds
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. Increases the attack speed of the caster by 150% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 -> 40 seconds
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. Increases the attack speed of the caster by 185% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 -> 30 seconds
    Level 6 : Increases the attack speed of the caster by 233% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 90 -> 20 seconds
    Level 7 : Increases the attack speed of the caster by 280% for 10 seconds. Cooldown: 60 -> 10 seconds

    Siege Shot : Changed the ranged attack rate / decreased cooldown.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 54. Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 30% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 seconds
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 62. Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 30% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 -> 60 seconds.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 70. Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 30% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 -> 50 seconds.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 78. Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 30% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 -> 40 seconds.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 86. Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 30% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 -> 30 seconds.
    Level 6 : Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 50% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 90 -> 20 seconds.
    Level 7 : Becomes immovable for 10 seconds, however gains 100% ranged attack damage. Cooldown: 60 -> 10 seconds.

    Ka’el’s Bolt: : Removed arrow creation / added increase in bolt attack / added damage dependant on target's HP percentage.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. For 50 seconds, 10% increase in bolt damage, 10% additional damage against targets with less than 20% HP. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. For 50 seconds, 20% increase in bolt damage, 20% additional damage against targets with less than 20% HP. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. For 50 seconds, 30% increase in bolt damage, 30% additional damage against targets with less than 20% HP. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. For 50 seconds, 40% increase in bolt damage, 40% additional damage against targets with less than 20% HP. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. For 50 seconds, 50% increase in bolt damage, 50% additional damage against targets with less than 20% HP. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 6 : For 50 seconds, 70% increase in bolt damage, 50% additional damage against targets with less than 30% HP.. Cooldown: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 7 : For 50 seconds, 100% increase in bolt damage, 50% additional damage against targets with less than 50% HP. Cooldown: 300 -> 100 seconds

    Alacrity Blow : Changed from target buff to personal (caster buff) / increased DEX.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. Caster's DEX is increased by 3% -> 10%. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. Caster's DEX is increased by 6% -> 15% Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. Caster's DEX is increased by 9% -> 20%. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. Caster's DEX is increased by 12% -> 25%. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. Caster's DEX is increased by 15% -> 30%. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Caster's DEX is increased by 20% -> 40%. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 7 : Caster's DEX is increased by 25% -> 60%. Lasts for 120 minutes.

    Rank Shot: Changed from Weapon Level Damage Increase to Multiplier Increase.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Deals 15 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Deals 20 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Deals 30 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Deals 40 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Deals 50 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 6 : Deals 70 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.
    Level 7 : Deals 100 times the damage of the equipped weapon's level.

    Premium Shot : Added Crafted Weapons / increased weapon damage.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 60. If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 200% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 68. If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 220% -> 260% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 76. If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 240% -> 340% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 84. If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 360% -> 440% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 92. If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 280% -> 560% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 6 : If equipped with a Rare, Unique, or Crafted weapon, deals 300% -> 700% of the weapon's attack as damage.

    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 68. Resists all Magical Damage for 15 seconds. Cooldown: 600 -> 100 seconds
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 76. Resists all Magical Damage for 20 seconds. Cooldown: 600 -> 100 seconds
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 84. Resists all Magical Damage for 25 seconds. Cooldown: 600 -> 100 seconds
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 92. Resists all Magical Damage for 30 seconds. Cooldown: 600 -> 100 seconds
    Level 6 : Resists all Magical Damage for 35 seconds. Cooldown: 600 -> 100 seconds
    Level 7 : Resists all Magical Damage for 40 seconds. Cooldown: 300 -> 80 seconds

    Luxury Shot: Added Crafted Weapons / increased weapon damage.

    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 76. If equipped with a Unique, Ancient, or Crafted weapon, deals 240% -> 440% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 84. If equipped with a Unique, Ancient, or Crafted weapon, deals 260% ->540% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 92. If equipped with a Unique, Ancient, or Crafted weapon, deals 280% ->660% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 6 : If equipped with a Unique, Ancient, or Crafted weapon, deals 300% ->800% of the weapon's attack as damage.
    Level 7 : If equipped with a Unique, Ancient, or Crafted weapon, deals 220% ->960% of the weapon's attack as damage.

    Anti-Potion : Increased skill duration / decreased cooldown / added a block in HP regeneration / added amplified damage.
    Level 1 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 5 -> 10 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 5%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 2 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 8 -> 12 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 10%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 3 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 11 -> 14 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 15%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 4 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 14 -> 16 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 20%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 5 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 17 -> 18 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 25%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 6 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 20 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 30%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds
    Level 7 : Disables the target from using potions or regenerating HP for 25 seconds, and amplifies damage taken by 50%. Cooldown: 120 -> 60 seconds

    Silence Shot : Decreased casting time.
    Level 1 : Deals 20% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 10 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 2 : Deals 40% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 15 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 3 : Deals 60% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 20 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 4 : Deals 80% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 25 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 5 : Deals 100% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 30 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 6 : Deals 140% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 35 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second
    Level 7 : Deals 200% damage to the target and silences all skills. Lasts for 40 seconds. Activation Time: 3 seconds -> 1 second



    [Scout]

    Bow Mastery : Increased bow damage / added damage dependant on DEX.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 51. Bow damage is increased by 10% -> 20% , and 20% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 18 minutes.
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 57. Bow damage is increased by 15% -> 25% , and 25% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 21 minutes.
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 63. Bow damage is increased by 20% -> 30% , and 30% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 69. Bow damage is increased by 25% -> 35% , and 35% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 75. Bow damage is increased by 30% -> 40% , and 40% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 30 minutes.
    Level 6 : Bow damage is increased by 40% -> 50% , and 50% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 30minutes.
    Level 7 : Bow damage is increased by 50% -> 70% , and 70% of Dexterity is applied as damage. Lasts for 120 minutes.

    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 70. Increases the caster's Dexterity by 9% -> 20%. Lasts for 24 minutes.
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 78. Increases the caster's Dexterity by 12% -> 25%. Lasts for 27 minutes.
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 86. Increases the caster's Dexterity by 15% -> 30%. Lasts for 30minutes.
    Level 6 : Increases the caster's Dexterity by 20% -> 40%. Lasts for 30minutes.
    Level 7 : Increases the caster's Dexterity by 25% -> 60%. Lasts for 120 minutes.

    Ka’el’s Arrow : Removed creation of specific arrows / changed to buff / added an increase to arrow's final damage / added increase in attack speed / added skill duration.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 56. Increases arrow's final damage by 10%, and attack speed by 10% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 64. Increases arrow's final damage by 20%, and attack speed by 12% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 72. Increases arrow's final damage by 30%, and attack speed by 14% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 80. Increases arrow's final damage by 40%, and attack speed by 16% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 88. Increases arrow's final damage by 50%, and attack speed by 18% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 6 : Increases arrow's final damage by 70%, and attack speed by 20% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 2 seconds -> 1 second. Cooldown Time: 600 -> 120 seconds
    Level 7 : Increases arrow's final damage by 100%, and attack speed by 25% for 50 seconds. Activation Time: 1 second. Cooldown Time: 300 -> 100 seconds

    Ghost Arrow: Continuous Mana consumption / changed to decrease the damage received by a percentage.
    Level 1 : Character Level Requirement 58. Decreased damage received by 10%
    Level 2 : Character Level Requirement 66. Decreased damage received by 12%
    Level 3 : Character Level Requirement 74. Decreased damage received by 14%
    Level 4 : Character Level Requirement 82. Decreased damage received by 18%
    Level 5 : Character Level Requirement 90. Decreased damage received by 20%
    Level 6 : Decreased damage received by 24%
    Level 7 : Decreased damage received by 30%
