And thats obsolete compared to what we have now. Its not free costume u still gotta deal with the abysmally low drop rate and rng spawn rate behind the 2 phoenixes and kasa. And ofc if it did come back id run evermore quest every week to keep a monopoly on helmets. (I cant beleive I sold 5 of those helmets for 6k-10k rps how dumb can you be!)

No one wants to pay anyone to kill other players because of how greedy this community is so yeah that is how it works for mercenary.
Even if its low rate you will keep some players busy
