    Maybe you're just disconnected. I've been playing for a few hours and I've been using the warp command to go back to Elim and Lime without any problem.

    Ummmm... outher chareacter can be but this character use warp to /travel mountain it dont'n responding

    OK i remove game and install again it' work because some files hast the problem when game update new patch it normal

    It wasn't because of the game files. It was due to the lack of cegel you have in the inventory. You need money to use warps and if you don't you will stuck in the swimming animation.

    Oh, yeah. I forgot that one too. Happened to me a number of times before. The farther you want to warp, the more expensive it gets.
