Half Elf (Scout) Small Suggestion for the better of the Class

who is talking about private servers? If you played on one, how much did it cost you? Compare that to how much you are going to pay here.
did that private server have anything like the upgrades and crqap you see here? Did you see templars running around with 775K - 1Million melee like you see here?

If you want to pay thousands of dollars on your game, then you too can have a winning character that will just about out-power anything else. There is no such thing as "Free 2 Play". You get what you pay for. Not if you actually want to enjoy playing the game.

What you get by paying the higher price here is an up to date game with all the OP crap you can afford - more if you mortgage your house and sell your brand new BMW M3.

You probably played an Indo server, yeah those suck. I won't go on about this but why you're even talking about it?

It all depends on what you are looking for.

If you are looking for more reliable, up to date gaming, don't care about character balances, not so worried about not having any input on how the game evolves, have at least some kind of real support system in place and don't mind paying the huge costs those require to play it, then the official servers are for you.

If you are looking to play a game that is somewhat more balanced, with more reasonable player damage vs 'life' ratio, having at least a little input on how the gameplay works (that is a huge one for many players 'out there'), lower costs to play and not so worried about the 'permanence' of the server you are playing on, then would probably be happy playing somewhere else.

Don't get me wrong. Some really love playing at the official game no matter what it costs. I would too if the game balancing wasn't such a cluster****. Perhaps when the powers that be finally get their acts together and get this game operating in a more fair manner for all players, then I would consider playing it. Until then I will continue to push at them until they finally get it right. I may not currently be playing my characters, but believe it or not, I am not currently playing on or developing any Rohan private servers either (I won't comment on other games though ).

If one considers the offical servers being corrupt..These guys here are holy in comparance to P-servers in general..
A company is actually bound with rules and has actual employee's. A private server is usually not bound to any rules, as they are (commonly) not legal in the first place - as such, there is absolutely no control to where the money goes. At least here you know it is going to be expensive and you know exactly what you're getting into.

If employee's disagree in a company, there are but a few ways out: come to an agreement, if not you either leave or get fired.
If a p-server team gets into a disagreement, it is followed by a sad show on the forums - the game will directly suffer and eventually either just close or just be divided especially if one of the leaving/involved guys is the one with the most knowledge about the server.

Call me biased, but i've seen it all. Nothing looks more unprofessional than developers fighting it out on their own forums for all to read.


Can it be good? Surely, but you can count those on one hand.. not per game, but all P-servers from all games together. Feel free to gamble.

There is much to be said for playing an official server. That corporate backing is a big plus - even if it is impossible to get them to do something to fix their game. With that in place you can be assured that the game is not gonna disappear because of an internal squabble or because paypal cut them off due to too many chargebacks. That is not an inconsiderable pro in favor of officially-published games. You just have to remember that to get any kind of action out of them you have to follow their procedures.

Just don't expect to play for free. And when things get tight due to low playership, costs will go up as the game company does its damnedest to stay out of the red. And most of us that have beenn around for a few years know what kinds of lengths desperation will drive a game publisher to do.

I was thinking if Korean devs didn't like the specific evade chance then maybe making the Evade skill use Dex to Evasion rating like lvl7=100% Dex to Evasion. This will probably wont work in PvP situations but in PvE will be godly.


Look at my Dex 2057 if the Evasion skill was lets say 100% lvl7 Dex to Evasion then my original Evasion from 383 would be 2057+383=2440. PvE speaking that would be awesome kind of like Agi dhan, PvP speaking if the Ghost Arrow new buff was in effect lvl7 that is 50% drop in Accuracy the attacker would probably miss, probably.

Scouts have way too many useless skills that doesn't work and the CDs of those skills are way too high, which make it a DOUBLE WHAMMY to the poor class! Scouts should not be a supportive role ONLY, their damages are fine as long as no one goes after them. I'd like to play Scout as a pvp but that'd be a dream! Whoever developed or designed the scout class should be fired from his position, like seriously.
