can't select high performance graphic driver

when im playing the game it is sooooo laggggg
the reason is im playing with integrated graphic card, i can't select the gaming graphic card, no matter what i set in the nvidia control panel the game won't run using the nvidia card
please help me how to run it using that nvidia card

i've select high performance card to run with all program related to sod3
and there is "set3ddevice.exe" file when i open it there's only Intel Intergrated 4000, there's no nvidia card, maybe this is the reason?

There are settings from Nvidia that can affect some games. For example, If I put my settings to "High" my game State of Decay will not display things properly and frame skip is evident. The lag that you mentioned is not really a lag, it's Frame skip. It means your laptop is not displaying the images properly. This could also be the fault of your Power Management settings. Read this link and scroll down to "Check your Power Settings". LINK

reviving this thread to ask the same question. So according to your link, I should reduce the power management? I've set it to 5% and it still frame skipping though, nvidia fps-counter show 200 fps :-(
