i'm sorry, need a help here

when i open the game, it's still normal, but before login page, that notice appear :
"Error.exe has stopped working"
i had tried so many thing, but still error, and suggest?

If the error no longers work, it should be good news.

Anyway, can't help you with that - if nobody responds with a solution, I'd try sending a ticket with as much info as possible.
