Dekans get nerfed ?

Dekans have been a broken concept since day 1 like who the **** thought up this concept with a full vit fish having 120k hp when everyone had 10k and 1 hitting people. I am happy to see dekans go now buff breath hp drain so spayker can rise from the grave!

please until the koreans came and gave everyone the staff buffing lesson templars were weak little ****s. Blame yngay for releasing a bunch of OP **** and not fixing the int multiplier as int values went past 1000.
