What i'd like to see is the rate when i attempt to reinforce/enhance/dlvl/destat something. And if there is an event id see this normal rate go higher, if i use abradans this rate go higher. So that id say YES it did go up. With this announcement How am I supposed to believe anything? Maybe Gm said its boost event, yet no rate has been increased. Sadly but we need to see actual digits of success.

I just got back only to hear that the server is having an issue. But I'm glad to hear they are compensating us for the inconvenience. D:
