Go see some other server that is getting ddosed and you will see it is pretty much the same issue. Online games don't like being ddosed.

yeah they will, even if they're not being ddos'd they'd prolly lie and say they were being ddos'd. think about it. it shifts the blame to someone else besides themselves making them less compelled to compensate the players. "yeh it wasn't our lazy asses, someone is hacking us not our fault - no compensation." they've admitted to being ddos'd before.

Server Trouble Issue and Compensation
Dear Valued Rohanians.

Firstly, we deeply apologize for server trouble which has been happened in last 7 days.
We're working on that issue, and huge update and events at same time.
We assumed it could be handled soon, however we had to decide to secure our service because we do believe stable service is most important thing at online gaming.

So we're going to secure our service to avoid any further trouble right away.
This may takes several hours and Jainus could be affected mainly by this maintenance.

We were thinking about Compensation Items to all Rohanians.
However, we'll consider about Additional Compensation like Server Boosting till all servers are stable.

We'll announce when this maintenance is finished and/or when compensation is fixed.

We hope your understanding.

I read that as finding a better anti-ddos service. The one they had is obviously failing or their contract ran out.
