I don't recall any of those toons.....I must know you from SOMEWHERE for you to know that I use my quick buffer to charge my MS with....when did I tell you I did this? So curious.

I was specific because it was common practice for people to have lvl 30 dhan with quickness that they would charge MS on.

I didn't know that. As far as I knew, I was the only one to do that . Why dhan over their alm buffer? Hmm...

cause after charging you get dex buff, possibly 7 (30% dex). That's a good reason to have a little dhan

because most dhans dont have lvl 7 quickness. (Common practice is lvl 1 + ses cap)

those lvl rewards didnt exist when ppl were charging MS.
