    cant login with this IP :(

    i never use any third party program / cheat , why i cant login? then its tell me " you cant login with this ip , please cntact costumer service" . i have no idea at tall.

    Country probably banned due to a seriously bad reputation of cheaters (could be wrong).


    Other countries that are commonly banned in online games are:

    Egypt
    Ghana

    all my friend from indonesia still login while i cant login with my current ip , and i use HSS to login with another ip. its so lag . GM PLEASE HELP

    Hello!

    No, we didn't ban all of Indonesia.
    That would cut off like, 99% of our players.

    Anyway, if you are having trouble logging in using the same PC you have been using for a long time,
    It is likely due to a cycling IP address.
    In some areas, ISPs will cycle IP addresses.
    So, it may have just so happened that your IP randomly landed on an IP that was blocked some time in the past.
    Honestly, this happens kind of often.

    Give it a day or so, and if you still can't log in, send us a ticket.

    Some of my Indonesian friends told me that they play here because seal Indonesia is full of cheaters and hackers.
