DAM! Im shocked at all of your replies! You all should know better. How the hell is a kid gonna learn if no one teaches him? o.o

Little dude, You need to upload your pic to an image hosting site on the internet.

Ones like Tiny pic are great (See link)

    http://tinypic.com/

So find the pic file on ur pc "Choose file" then upload it to tinypic. Then you wanna copy the "image code" shown in my example.

then you wanna "copy" that link and paste it into the "insert image" thingy as seen in pic 2. You do that by just clicking on the little icon that looks like a picture frame.

One thing though, you either just copy-paste the second link (in the red box) directly into the forum and post it OR you take the 4th link (Direct Link for Layouts) and use the "Insert image" button as explained at the end of the post.. as the former already has the IMG-code imbedded.

Helping him would solve the problem
Sorry but even a 10 year old who posts a picture and doesn't see it show up does not go on to make more & more posts with the same mistakes. They learn that what they tried didn't work and move on to something else. Possibly going so far as to say ... ask for help.

It is a forum and if someone actually asks how it is done we can actually cut him some slack and tell him how to do it.

But we have no idea who we are talking to. We don't expect 10 and 11 year old kids in a game that has all those bouncing titties & bare butts in it (kids that age have no real interest in that stuff). So when someone is playing ignorant, not learning from their own mistakes and not asking for help, we get rude.

    Yea thats the easier way.

I dont know why I dont it that way myself. I always have to go back and delete the extra [IMG] thingy that shows up when I preview my post.

    When you wake up..
I'll be a story in your head,
    But that's ok.
We are all stories in the end.

Just make it a good one eh?

Is it stupid to post a link to your C-drive? Obviously.
Is it stupid to post your fb info? Obviously.

It's however not his fault that his parents do not bother to control the internet usage of their kids. After all, I'm sure any of you did things you weren't "allowed" to do at a "certain age". Whether that being playing rather innocent internetgames ... or checking out porn-books under your bed.

If it is for his "protection" to point out this is Pegi 13 - I'd reckon not to use actual profound vocab as it defeats the purpose of the warning in the first place.

I'm sure there are other, more elderly people here on the forums just as equally ignorant to PC-aspects (or other aspects) one could bash one. Whether or not they deserve an equally rude treatment is yet to be determined.
Being ignorant to something is not a bad thing per sé. Being narrow-minded, however, and refusing to learn something is quite a different story.

In regards to that, you have now taught him how to curse someone properly, and how to treat anyone being ignorant to something he actually knows.
    Congratulations.

Oh, and this has nothing to do with being political correct. I however am of the opinion that the above context does not merit the rudeness received in return.
    IJS.
    1. This game isn't made for ''nice'' people, it's full of scammers, cheaters, liars, hackers, scumbags and what not. I remember helping plenty of noobs (also kids) in rohan, at different servers and most of em turned out to be assholes or scammers or what not. I simply don't give a sh1t anymore and put it like it is. You can say putting your Facebook isn't a ''smart move'', its ****ed up but he doesn't realise how bad it is untill a sh1tstorm starts so I describe it exactly as the consequence might be. Yes you might say that by approaching people like this they will turn out bad but trust me, I've tried the other way and it didn't change a thing.

    2. As for my language, I know kids that are 10 that curse worse than me, I'm not teaching em anything they don't already know.

    3. Telling PJ to delete his post is BS, he gets BS back

    4. Think I'm too hard/mean/cold? Wait till he walks into someone who's not just hard on him but also has the wrong intentions

Same for me, can't do it. Admire that after all that time you(karrkarr) still have the ability to be kind to people lol

Look Rommel (yes, I know your real name - and a lot of information about you and the 'friends' you have on Facebook), It is a very bad idea to put your private information on the internet if you do not know how to protect yourself and your friends. There really are a lot of creepy people lurking there. I get it that you are 11, but this is something that every kid that has access to a computer should know. Please discuss this with your parents to see how you can remove these private things from the Internet.
''Little less colorful'' I laughed xD, I'm not known for being subtle.

Lol 'nother drama to feast on. I see a lot of people being hard on this kid. Anyway, this is what you get for being an "11 year old who doesn't know anything" about forum and internet.

Being mean is easy, everybody can do it. I can get very salty if I want to or if people cross my line (the line is thick and far but still); usually it's with reason.

Anyway, being (staying) helpful/kind isn't, otherwise everybody would be. The heat one gets for being a carebear is hot (see old forums).

My line is thin and I'm tired from being kind and receiving mean stuff back. I'm however still very mild compared to what could happend if a truely bad person would get his hands on say someones Facebook. I warned him, in a ''not so'' subtle way, being mean with the final intention of doing good.

Lol - I cracked someone's nose and bones, but better me than someone who would've killed him.

I have found over decades of trying to be helpful in a polite and nice manner more often than not either gets ignored, gets myself flamed or both for being polite and nice. More often than not a wake-up call is called for to shock my victims into rethinking what they are doing. This is one of those cases where I see somebody doing something pretty stupid and I point it out in such a weay they end up going "Holy Sh!tballs Batman!"

There is nothing better than having a "Holy sh!t" moment to motivate you into thinking twice (or three times) about what you are doing and find less "Holy sj!t" alternatives.

And yes, even an 11 year old needs a scared straight moment to learn early the kinds of things not to do.

Wrong way to compare what I said, Both cases you do something bad, even illegal. I didn't do anything wrong, I'm free to say what I want and I hopefully shaked the tree enough to make him realise he shouldn't put his bloody Facebook on random forums. You think being nice to people here will get them to listen to you?, they'll laugh it off or insult you lmao. You've been around long enough to know it works this way. Does being mean help people to listen? Probably not either but it's the easiest way and you get their attention quicker lmao + by shocking them they might just remember what you said. Like I said before, I can't be arsed anymore to be ''nice''. Rohan is not the place to be and receive ''nice'' things lmao.

If any new person, no matter the age scrolls through the history of this forum and sees the hate and drama that's spread out over pretty much every topic going (Sometimes) up to the point that people would make real life threats to eachother then they will realise what they got into. You think by explaining(on this forum) kindly to a child that he shouldn't do this or that he'll listen to it or do it? This forum doesn't work the same way as it works irl, it's not forgiving, it's abusive and there are people that will use whatever you put up here against you.

Sure go ahead and tell a kid in a kind way that they should ''please not do this because it's not good for you'', ''Hey that sounds like my mom, to whom I did'n't listen anyway coz I'm playing an adult game and I'm old enough to do what I like''. I give it to people how they can expect things to happen, I'm a 100% straight forward person. No matter if it's a 10 year old or 80 year old.

The process starts by preventing a kid from getting here(really an 11 year old should not read through these forums lol), once he's past that and he's here, you better show him what he got into for real rather than mending it till it escalates into a sh1tstorm.
