about rps exchange market

so yesterday i bought some rps and today i bought some stuff from the exchange market like 500kk crone a tasset and a chimera set now the tasset showed up in the game exchange inventory but the chrone and the chimera set dont how can i fix this is it fixable? the set and crone are not in my trade / sealed items

Well... when I checked your Exchange Market history, you purchased [Chimera] items at ISEN Exchange Market.
That's why you can't see it at Janius.

For Crone, you need to go to https://shop.playrohan.com/MyTrade/MyTrade.html.
Then click on [Crone] Tab and click on your server (Jainus).
And you need to [Unseal] your crone.
After that, please log into game and go to Treasury NPC in any Village.
Open Treasury Window, then press [Transfer] button to withdraw [Unsealed Crone].
