Hey there everyone i am a returning player from the old Nemesis forever days and i was wondering if anyone had and D-lvl'ed old gears like Fro noyde or graham they could sell me. If some please post here i'd appreciate it thanks ^^.

I reckon you can save yourself the money by bypassing those levels through the use of buffs (other players) and going in party (considering there are enough younger players) - and save up/look out for the slightly higher level armour parts (pluion, etc..).
When in party, you'll outlevel the the rest.
That, or you could buy yourself from the (magic) NPC as the parts are fairly cheap and you can just stockbuy/forge without forge event. De-lvling might be the heaviest cost, though.
Time > cost/effortKeep your friends close - your farmers closer
Leveling slow - to give you a headstart
