Permanent costumes

Hi guys,

I'm not sure if this question has been raised before (sorry if it has).

Just wondering if anyone knows the statistics on the permanent costume chances. I really want to get a golden castle guard outfit and I have bought over 20 costumes with no success. I wish they weren't able to double up.
Really seems like a waste.

If you are lucky you will get what you want.
If you are not lucky you will get something that makes you look like a prostitute dressed as a school girl.
