Problem with in-game skills (Craftsman)

Hello Admin,

I have a problem with my craftsman, I cannot use the "Item Appraisal" skills on myself. Whenever I tried to use it on myself, the box just opened for a few seconds and directly closed. Is it just a normal problem that everyone is having too or is there any way to fix it? Thanks.

I have a low level Craftsman in Duran so I tried using Appraisal on myself and I didn't encounter that issue you mentioned so I think you're the only one having that kind of problem.
