    Please ask the administrator (error code -1) Item mall in-game problem

    I added RPs the other day (26/06/15) for 1,000 RPs and in the history it said that "Released 1,000 Rps applied after 1st 24hrs Rps processing 2015-06-26 08:15:29.183" At first I thought I can use it right away, but I get this error in the subject which is "Please ask the administrator (error code -1) when I'm going to buy something from the Item mall in-game. So I waited until now which is roughly 3 days now, still get the same error.

    Please help me with this issue.

    I think it is RP issue so try to contact billing@playwithi.com so they can assist you further and input your problem, paymnet method, email and your transaction number coz this is the same thing told the GM to me before I had the same problem...

    Theres an error on Item Mall when open it like keep on loading and the clock stuck on the middle cant move
