To obtain Achievement points, you need to meet requirements which described there such as login to homepage, playing more than 5 hours, Enter Elemental dungeon and Ashkeena Dungeon.

When you obtained Achievement points, you'll be able to exchange points to rewards which you can see bottom side of each pages.

And as of now, we have Achievement system event for the players who aren't eligible for Return event.
