    i dont know how to make a video, but im already sent ticket to GM, and GM always want a video
    why he dont just open my char and see it
    and he already know my char name and server

    I'm very sure this is due to the "Unison stats bug" remove your all your equipments that doesn't meet the stats recommendation. Then you will be good to go.
