If you used paypal yes you have to wait 48 hrs, when use ultimate pay isn't needed to wait, it give u instantly rps

Why the cash u remove in the list of buying rps? I cant buy rps anymore im in middle east , cash u is my best option to purchase rps ,,,pls return the cash u so i can recharge my rohan account..

You might be, or might be not.
48 hours rule is applying to only First Transaction at Paypal.
And if you pass the first transaction as verified your identity, then there is no more waiting time for your RPs.
This rule was provided from Paypal that has kind of protecting filter by Paypal to avoid any abusing / cheating or fraud.
