I evo Eagle and fail more than 10 times. can someone tell me what's wrong?

Firstly, make sure the pet is at +9 and 100% before you try to evolve it. When an evolution fails from 4th to 5th stage, the pet goes down to 0% again so you have to feed it back to 100%.
Second, try a different set of evolution ingredients and see if that helps.
If you're doing everything correctly, then it's most likely just bad luck. Just hope that after all the hard work you end up with at least a Phoenix, if not a Fly.

anyway I did really to feed it back to 100% and feel so tried of this eagle, but I will try it again ;(

Well its common, you just get unlucky. Stage 4-5 has lower success rate. I tried to evo Red Valk 15 times. Just keep trying.

The pet only goes down from 100% to 0% is when you use wrong ingredients for the to evolve..
