It still has use, in case you wanna use your own created bolts/arrows, they give roughly 400 more ranged atk on my ranger than the regular bolts, if you manage to save lots of them you can hit harder with better arrows/bolts (talking here about the Kael's Arrow skill) so they can still be useful, just a bit less as before hehe

You know that Crafted weapons are the best for Halfelfs because you can use % save arrows that is like 85-90%? I've used them in the past and they are great specially for created Arrows/Bolts. Why use Circlets when you can use crafted weapon with with the highest % save arrow in game?
