Can't do > Battle Pet Quest

- 4 Heroes Quest
- 7 Rainbow Zone Quest

Before i know about Battle pet quest
i talk with beggar and get "MySterious Crystyal"
from him ..... i toss it.

After i know "MySterious Crystyal" use for
battle pet quest .. i would like to get it again but can't.....
have not quest at beggar

i need to do?

this happen with my friends too. 1st he lost his mysterious crystal. later he send mail to support team bout this probs. he have send 4 times. 1st mail replied he should reinstalling the game, but either me or 1 other pc cant fix this probs ( 3 difference computer cant solve it ). then the 2nd mail was answered with a new quest to finish the rainbow. but it doesnt work, because he already finish it. last email was replied with giving the diploma certificate from rainbow quest. but it also doesnt work in this problem. i tot by giving a new mysterious crystal could fix this. but the support team wiont give

In this case

Can't do anything?
Can't do battle pet because inadvertent drop quest.
normally if drop any quest can do it again until finish

Everyone same me can't do it
Only way to get it > create new character then play to lv 90 and do quest again???????
