    CANT LOGIN WITH THIS IP - Please help GM

    Dear GM,

    yesterday 3/24, I just play normally,but today when I'am trying to play
    there's a msg during login
    "you can not log in with this ip. Please contact cust. service"
    why this is happen by the way?
    I play commonly and do nothing weird?
    please kindly explain and solve this as soon.

    IP banned? Better send them a ticket to find out what happened.

    problem solve, maybe that because of maintenance, now can log in properly. but I have another issue my grabbit item doesnt delivered x.x its TGD.XG 2 pcs
    GM please help me on this x.x
