    Lightbulb Crashes, Crashes and More Crashes.

    OK I am sick and tired of this garbage. Fix your damned software.
    Note I tried to submit a ticket for this but here is what I got for my trouble:


    Seriously? Not even your SUPPORT SYSTEM works correctly.

    Here is the problem. I cannot play your game without being plagued by crashes and GameGuard issues. Each release you guys puts out seems to make the problem worse than before - not better. And this problem is 100% reproducible in all the described scenarios!

    Scenario 1:

    1. Start the client,
    2. Play for a random amount of time, the game crashes.

    Scenario 2

    1. Start more than one client,
    2. Play for a random amount of time, one of the clients crash.
    3. After a few seconds GameGuard pops up a bogus hack detection message and kills ALL clients.

    Scenario 3

    1. Start more than one client,
    2. EXIT one of the clients.
    3. Start up a new one.
    3. GameGuard immediately pops up a bogus hack detection message and kills ALL clients.

    That is just one of the issues. The following has had a 100% recurrence rate for me:

    1. Start ONE client
    2. Create a Trinity character.
    3. Enter the game
    4. Client crashes. (100% of the time I have tried this)
    5. Restart the client and select that new Mar character.
    6. Game starts normally.

    My system is a high end gaming rig as follows:

    OS: Windows 8.1 latest patches and applied

    Video: NVidia GTX 970 - 4GB with altest Forceware drivers.
    Monitor: 27" Samsung SyncMaster SA-850 2560x1440
    CPU: Intel I7 4790K (Devils Canyon) at factory clocking
    Memory: 32GB DDR3 1600 memory at standard XMP-1600 clocking
    Audio: Onboard Realtek connected to 5.1 external speaker system

    Game settings:
    Video - Windowed 1920 x 1080 - settings max.
    Audio - default.

    Before mention it I have tried:

    1. Starting the client and allowing it to auto patch.
    2. Deleted the contents of the \data and \gameguard folders and allowed to auto patch
    3. Downloaded and reinstalled the client and allowed to auto patch.

    None of these self-help fixes provided any Rohan love.

    As the forums are unable to accept .zip files I can not submit GameGuard the dumps to you (remember your failing support site?). I have collected this post-mortem GameGuard data and can provided it to you on request via the email address registered for this forum account.
