Guardians can use Crazy Standing with Club -Axe -Mace?

Hello everyone, so the questions is since when can you Cast and Get the Effects of Crazy Standing without using either a Sword or Dagger in the main hand.

The skill crazy standing can be cast with any weapon Humans can use. but the effects are suppose to Affect the Stats only when Sword or Dagger is in the main hand.

You can use it but it doesnt get any effect atleast not dmg effect also pretty sure not atk speed effect

I have seen multiple times "xBane" and "DonJon" both using a Axe/Dagger Guardian cast Crazy Standing and get noticeably get the Attack Speed Improvement.
