    Atzigan, two months now check pls #218014

    So, it's been over two months since I opened this ticket and it has yet to be resolved. Sineida has told this same exact thing like 4 times already over the past two months:

    "Thank you for contacting support!

    As soon as we have more information for you, we will contact you again. We have forwarded this issue ones again and hope to receive an answer soon regarding this issue."

    I really don't like having to bring this to the forum with the slight hope that you, Atizgan, will see the thread and bother to check. But at this point I am out of patience, and all Sineida has to done is thank me for contacting support or send my ticket to the "correct department" which I doubt even exists.

    By now I am completely convinced that Sineida is simply waiting for me to give up on this issue as she seems to have absolutely no idea about what happened, and has been completely incompetent so far.

    So again check ticket id #218014.
