Private message for Atzigan since PM is bugged. *URGENT*

I could not send a private message to you, there seems to be a bug or else I am failing at it. I did not want to send a message in public format, but I have no choice.

I sent you an email about this, but time is running out and I haven't received a response.

Would you make an exception and process my guild name changes with a ticket (I sent a support ticket in already.) I don't think I can get everything out the guild treasuries and everything else required by tomorrow.

I have been in the hospital since January 23, after having a very complex surgery on my leg after a bad accident. I'm afraid there is no way I will be able to get my guilds ready to seal by tomorrow. I will be happy to provide proof of my claim (medical records, etc). I'm sure if you see that my log in location has been different ever since the 23rd. (One exception is I had to have my brother log in my account to get screen shots before I delete bound items as any screenshot taken with this laptop is non-existent.) I will be transferred to a rehab hospital this week for an additional 1-2 weeks of therapy.
I have been working on this for days and it is stressing me out. I need to heal and not worry about this.

This is a special circumstance. I'm still hoping he will.

My shop password is at my house and since I'm not home, missed out (still in the hospital.) I tried everything to remember it and it's not happening.

I couldn't seal AFflygal anyway because of Pendant of Soldier in the inventory. It can't be deleted. This is after I deleted all my bound items. Pendant of Soldier is a quest that doesn't show up in the quest log, so you can't just delete the quest. It's the quest you have to kill the R5 boss and the very last part of a long chain of quests.

You have always been quite the special case.

To be honest, however, on a morality based view - I don't think a request like this should be accepted.
After all, what makes it a difference for someone not being able to hit the deadline due to an unfortunate accident, blackout (e.g. snow-storm cutting one off for several days) or anything likewise.
Maybe I really had to make it to the grocery store, otherwise my bunny would starve and, due to a traffic jam, I couldn't make it back in time to be online. FML.

Those are all severe matters for the people involved - but cannot possibly taken into account at all times. Where does one draw the line?
Yours just severe enough to make it, for another party: just, aww sorry, but no you didn't make it because it's "just not severe enough"?
