Buff to hp/mp potions

So I know there are holy wines, and teardrops sure those are 100k hp. However I would like to talk about the lower value potions.

Lets face it 7680 hp hasn't been anything for the last 3 years or more. Probably since epics came out.

Now im not saying I want them all to have 100k hp restoration. That would be crazy.

What I am saying is that Pots are boosted as follows
Health Pots.
Lesser Healing Remedy - 3k hp
Healing Remedy - 5k hp
Greater Healing Remedy - 7.5k hp
Superior Healing Remedy - 15k hp
Condensed Health Potion - 4.5k hp 20 second cd
Concentraded Health Potion - 6k hp 20 second cd
Deluxe Health Potion - 12k hp 20 second cd
Premium Health Potion - 15k hp 20 second cd
Legendary Health Potion - 25k hp 20 second cd

Mana Pots.
Lesser Mana Remedy - 3k mana
Mana Remedy - 5k mana
Greater Mana Remedy - 7.5k mana
Superior Mana Remedy - 15k mana
Condensed Mana Potion - 4.5k mana 20 second cd
Concentrated Mana Potion - 6k mana 20 second cd
Deluxe Mana Potion - 12k mana 20 second cd
Premium Mana Potion - 15k mana 20 second cd
Legendary Mana Potion - 25k mana 20 second cd

Elixirs.
Lesser Elixir - 3k hp/mana
Elixir - 5k hp/mana
Greater Elixir - 7.5k hp/mana

Now, I might be missing something here. However. I am missing how to make the condensed potions and elixirs.

I see that, to MAKE the condensed hp mana, and elixirs. To make a condensed, you NEED a condensed.

Example.

You need a superior health remedy + Condensed Health Potion in order to MAKE a Condensed Health Potion. So, maybe im missing it, and its a text bug.

I would also like to see potions dropping from mobs.

Put mid tier potions/elixirs in the power badge shop with reduced cooldown.

Heroic Health Potion (25 power badges for 25): Heals 33864 health 7 second cooldown. (3 seconds less than holy wine)
Heroic mana potion (25 power badges for 25): Heals 33864 mana 7 second cooldown. (3 seconds less than holy water)
Heroic elixir (25 power badges for 25): Heals 44873 health+mana 19 second cooldown. (6 seconds less than heavenly teardrop, holy teardrops are easy to get)

I dont want consumables to drop from mobs if anything was to drop from mobs I would want it to be an exchange token (think: r5 coins, blazing temple relics etc.) this allows planners to tailor the consumables and their price relative to the assumed effort (which would always be the same when dealing with exchange tokens just kill speed and drop rate). This allows other things to be exchanged such as talismans, basic costume patches (lower stats lower duration than the IM ones), basic scrolls (same concept as basic costume patches) etc.
