"free" guild name change

A question for the GM's. You say I have to seal my main (the GM of my guild) until after the next maintenance. To do that, i need to un-equip him, which means losing my twins and everything i can't put in my treasury (costumes and the like). How can this be a "free" guild name change? it will cost me 100's of millions in crone, and lose permanent costumes that aren't replaceable in game.

Is there any way to do the name change without taking such a large loss of crone and equipment?

Yes No and Yes

1: You be 100% neked with empty bags to seal your char.
2: You can take a screenshot of the char bound items (items you cant put in treasury/trade off) such as twins, quest items, perma mounts and IM stuff like scrolls/talismans. Attach the screenshot to a support ticket and request the items be restored.
3: There is an easier way to do the guild name change (through support like it was done on the previous 3 server merges) however atzigan hates special exceptions and refuses to process any guild name changes this way since the creation of the guild name change special service.

I will have to delete my 'Pendant of soldier' from the r5 boss quest. Will the pendant be able to be restored? I don't believe I can retake this quest once the pendant is deleted.

I don't know where to find the screen shot I took. I have looked in all files. I pressed the screenshot tab and it's no where to be found. How else can I find my screen shots?

Try making a screenshot that should create the rohanscreenshot directory in the Documents library.

Rohan creates a folder called \RohanScreenShot in your "Documents" folder when you take your first screen shot (PrtScr key) while game has window input focus (clicking your game window to bring it to the front). You find your screenshots there.

You can also use a free utility I like called "LightShot" ( https://app.prntscr.com/en/ and no I don't have shares in the company - i jsut really like it ) which can take a screen capture and host it for you -- saves manually uploading to a picture host. I like that one because it lets you select just the bits you want to share - not the whole game screen. Also you can mark up the image to bring attention to the bits you want.

To use that simply hit PrtScr key when the Rohan game does NOT have input focus (click the desktop background). What you get when this creates your screen shots is a link to a hosted image web page not the image itself. You have to open that web page and copy the URL to the image location too paste it into your ticket.

TIP: If you use your Rohan client to take screen shots, set it to output then a "JPG" files rather than "BMP files. JPG files are a LOT smaller!!
