My character HP Bug

It's always happen when I hit some monsters my hp decrease more than damage I recive .

I don't know how to really explain this but try doing this first. Sleep or use potions to fill your HP. Once filled go enter a portal for another map. This tells the server that you have a full HP before you enter the new map. How it works? I dunno. I just noticed that with my character. Example: My HP is half filled and I sleep. Then once full I go back to character select. When I select the same character, I find myself with Half-filled HP even if I slept before relogging. So I tried moving to another map before I switch character and it worked.
