    I was partially wrong you cant charge more than 100 bucks in a day (which is still 10k rps) unless you are authorized in which case u can charge 200 in 1 day.

    exactly what happen to me, when i send ticket to them they told me to dispute to paypal, its not on their end and now i cant even get my 5k rps eventho they took it out of my bank account.
    note: now i cant even add any rps( trouble shotting ****)

    i think im done charging rps into this stupid system, been charging way too much over the course of 4 months and now this happen. Sigh should have know this coming.

    Did you by chance send a ticket to billing@playwithi.com? Billing department mostly takes care of those issues very quickly.

    i did not send to billing department, do i have to send a separate email to them? or through support system?
