i cant see any NPC or player in game?

how can i fix it ?? i cant play , i try to reconnect the game again but still cant see the NPC and player ? what can i do??

So you can move around and what not but there are no npc or players? This use to happen to me a lot. I was using the client from jc planet since it was on there site and didn't lead me to some unknown site like this one does to download client. Send a ticket to support system they should be able to further help you and or try re downloading the client from this site.
