    Mailman Felix Disappear

    Mailman Felix disappear. i ask a player and he said felix in front of him but i didnt see any NPC.
    the NPC was disappear around january 10th.
    please help. do i have to re-install it or some additional files needed?
    my scavenger item reward still there.
