    My BT.XG gone. Please Tell Me

    My ID is LordVallen. Before im try to retired. I buy BT.XG+7 about 60m. There happen about a year ago. then i try play this again. and i found in my character just bt.g+3. how do u can explain this gm. please send me an information about it. i confuse. i didnt have my money back or my bt.xg+7. just bt.g+3. Thanks be4. i hope game master or staff can contact me as soon as possible.
