Cant play ! Always failed to connect to server

I already download the client @Sealonline webpage and install it
Then I update it until the newest patch
After I downloaded it , I enter the seal
I can Login as usual but then when my chara is entered the game
Suddenly there's no one in the town ( no NPC no players no warp )
Yap i cannot connect to the server
But when i check my connection it just go smoothly
I tried to watch video at youtube and no connection problem detect
and I tried to ping sealonline.playrohan.com it says it was Request Timed Out
Need ur help guys !

Try to turn off your anti virus.

or your Fire wall. Try to turn it off too.
