i can't get my item

i buy 4 item on website item list on duran server, there are McIver`s Hammer.XG, McIver`s Outfit(B).XG, McIver`s Shoes.XG, McIver`s Outfit(T).XG, but i can't get the McIver`s Outfit(T).XG because my bank is full and then i make some space on my bank, but i still can't get the item....
i bought at 1/3/2015...

then i claim royal court VIP (knight), i already make some space on my bank but the ruby & money bag never come to my bank but i get the 7 Day EXP Gold + 7 Day Drop Gold in my item bank

please help me...
