Help Crafting UPG

Hello , i just came back of a break of 1 year i was wondering if someone could help me i bought part 1-4 for a upg daggers but i dont know how to craft them

Your a special kinda person aint ya... You dont craft upgrades. You forge them.... with option items, and preservation stones... ya know... at the weapon smith in every town... you do know what towns are right? I mean im asking because your question is pretty ..... special

And if they are still vouchers you'll need to wait until a GM exchanges them for the pieces you can forge.
