Stuck at Sikara Village. No Warp No NPC. Cannot use /town name and cannot be summoned

I now having the same problem as some ppl have been experiencing here in forum. GM please help me. I currently stuck at sikara village map. I was about to do the 'investigate twisted dimensions' quest and now got stuck in sikara village map with no warp no npc. also cannot be summoned by friends and cannot use /town name. Please help me move back my char to elim town or lime town .

Also one question, after i already moved back to town. if i want to finish this quest and go back to sikara village map, will i get stuck again? thanks in advance

Please note that we've moved your Character back to Elim. Regarding your other question, yes you will need to go back to Sikara to finish the quest. The No NPC-No Portal bug can be caused by your internet connection or if you added some files to your Seal Folder. Try another Pc or get the latest installer of Seal Online from our download link via Gamershell.

Dear GM Bezimized. Yes and thank you for moving my character back to Elim.

But can you help me once again? since i did try to reinstall the Seal BOD with the latest launcher update from gameshell this afternoon and then i tried again to finish this quest and enter Sikara Village Map and it seems it doesnt make any difference. my character got stuck once again. help me please to return my char back to elim / lime and i won't go to that map anymore. I'm giving up the quest.

FYI im using a super fast internet connection, put no other additional 3rd party files and done trying to reinstall but it doesnt do anything better
