Can't Log in Properly

Hi,
After the maintenance, i just got this issue.
When i logged in, it just an empty town
Without any npc, warp, or even player.
Sometimes i can see other player, but they just stay and didn't move or talking.

I've tried to reinstall my seal and did this http://sealonline.playrohan.com/BBS/...ml?NewsSeq=739, but the issue still exist.
Please give me the solution, what should i do next?
(Just now i tried almost 3 hours ONLY to log in, but still i can't logged in properly).

try to close the client then run again. If the issue still persist try to contact them on the CS and provide a screenshot. hope this helps.

What if they cant help him/her out about the issue? I mean the GMs. What other things can you suggest? Asking why? Because I had the same problem and sent a ticket. They sent me a reply having details to follow but did not solve my issue. I reinstalled the game and boom walah thats what fixed my log in issue.
