Actually most lawyers give you free consultation. My lawyer happens to be a friend of mine. You'd be surprised what people have been sued over. A man broke into a house fell through a sky window and landed on a counter and cut himself on a knife, sued the home owner and WON. I once filed a complaint for slander ( libel to be more precisely) somewhere in 2011.
Though that was more severe and the guy persisted.
He only needed that official warning to stop and go back to the usual trolling.

On a side note Shawn, not only you would have to request an extradition for any french citizen to be judged in US court (any french judge will deny it for such requests), but I also handle a diplomatic immunity I can raise at any time in any court to make all the sues immediately void.

You're confusing criminal prosecution with litigation. different things. your own legal system will handle the proceedings while shawn's handled his in his country. diplomatic immunity will only help you if you are traveling outside your country and are an ambassador. Judging by your comments in these forums you are not. And believe me - the French government does not give a crap about you. They will not be your shield and would sell you out in a second.
