hey did you check ALL your chars event inventory on your account? I found my missing parts on 2 different servers. and I also had same thing happen yesterday on the exchange market.... they took my rps but did not give me my crones error message said roll back. and they were not in sealed list.

Send some follow up ticket along with the ticket no. that you've send them previously. In that way, they may help you in no time. Im still also waiting for my 3/4 parts to be loaded on my character's event inventory. Weekend blessing is already over and I didn't make it, still Im hoping that they would make some extensions on that.
