PH Players can't buy epic weapon parts due to inventory and Treasur loosing equipment

Sir, all PH players In terested your epic weapon's event running this week however, due to all of our migrated items lost when unequiping to the inventory or deposit in the treasury, we are on trouble purchasing new equipments and use it as an alternative during battle situations. Can you resolve these issue? since all of us are loosing hope to use item mall selling equipments and we cannot have to buy them since we cannot remove our exiting equipments in our characters, pls. have a resolution in this problem as soon as possible.
