I just checked and from all the weapons I bought, I only got "Splits" in my Event Inventory. I don't know if tomorrow or later we'll be getting Elites.

they should be in your event inventory of a major character you own.

We are loading the items right now, but as we said in the forum post, it will take 1 to 3 days after the weapon voucher is purchased.

they did say it would take up to 3 days guys. patience -- you can't do anything useful with them yet anyway.
