Maybe i not the one who get this issue and who cant fix this problem so i hope you know how to fix this problem.

After downloading the Installer from : http://www.gamershell.com/download_101383.shtml

and i start Installing the Seal BOD
when finish i didnt install the xfile (chat bla bla bla) or i should install that ?
after that i starting Pathing and im finish patcing "no problem at all"
and the problem starting when play 1-3 minutes at lime when i do Book Quest (newbie quest) and get "Error code : Game will be shut down by hacking prevention tool."

im sure im clean, i dont use cheat engine or something like that / illegal tools. i even close my Astrill VPN, Steam , uTorrent, Connectify

I close every program at my tray , that use internet connection
I turn off my Firewall
I dont use AntiVirus
I clean my laptop with Ccleaner
Re-Install the game
Re-Patch the game

I use Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit (6.3, Build 9600)
Intel(R) Core (TM) i5-3317u CPU @ 1.70GHZ (4 CPU), ~1.7Ghz
VGA Nvdia 720/740M

or i have region problem ? because im playing at china , collage
and i think i didnt have problem with my region or connection

i got the same error as you got, but i'm using windows 7 , do you know how to fix it yet?

Guys, when this happens, zip the GameGuard folder and open a ticket. Attach that folder to the ticket and explain in the ticket everything you did leading up to the error.

PlayWith does not create GameGuard, someone else called nProtect does. They do use it in their games and if it is misbehaving, PlayWith needs as much information as you can give them about the problem so they can get it fixed.

So please everyone that gets this error, zip your <rohan client install directory>\GameGuard directory, create your ticket, attach that GameGuard.zip file to it and explain the steps you were taking when this error happened.

I've send error file to nprotect company but don't get any solution for this problem

and I did as much as the first guy did

I close every program at my tray , that use internet connection
I turn off my Firewall
Using microsoft antivirus
I clean my laptop with Ccleaner
Re-Install the game
Re-Patch the game
even copy a useable sealonline from another computer that sealonline is runable
and remove gameguard floder and let it redownload the gmaeguard

i think it's not my internet problem because i got two computer
the other one still can play sealonline

anyone got any hint that i may try?thanks

You mentioned you play on a laptop. Have you tried setting it's performance/power rating to max?

Sorry i should be more precisely
My desktop computer(driver's always update)can't pass through nprotect
i remember i didn't do any change to my computer since 7/20 night i open the selling store and go to sleep
when i wake up and finish my work
i find that my seal can't paly at all

But my surface3(laptop) can still play sealonline since 7/21 patch
i can only play sealonline with my surface...

Yes, this bug was previously solved for some people by re-installing their OS. Simply making a new account may be an easier way out. This does not actually solve the issue, but is at least a work around.

For the time being, I'd still submit a ticket with the issue as well as the work around - maybe they have something with that in order to actually fix it.

Got this suggestion from the GM's regarding the compatibility of Windows 8. Just try it
1. Right click on the Seal Online game icon and click "Properties"
2. Click on the Compatibility Option.
3. Check the box "Run this program as administrator"
4. Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for" set to Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or 3)
5. Click Apply and then OK
Addt'l - set the power management setting to max and last but not the least, try to disable your anti-virus or firewall to see if that will fix the issue for
