Why on earth would they do that when they know the few rich people still playing here would happily throw hundr4eds of US$ into making the new upgrades?
Which would give them money faster -- free boosting of old upgrades of making people pay lots of $$$ for new ones?

And don't think people won't be buying them. There are a few people left here that have more money than brains (jsut by the fact that they are still hear after 6 years of YNK/PWI money mongering).
