Yes you do (be sure to set it for non-unicode programs as well -- will need korean language pack and a reboot). Then you would have to be able to read Korean

I would hazard to guess "Lumir".
the reason why is that it appears to be just the kind of a fictional modification I would expect to see in an MMO game.
I suspect the root word would be "Lumen" -- the unit of measurement for the brightness of light.
