Introduce New Weapons First Before Merge.

People need to get use to the fact merge is happening and is for the best !
As been said, we'd like to try this new weapons before Ran and Jin merges so we can get used to.

New weapons need to be introduced before Merge so we can get the chance to test them before merge, and the status of given weapon should be the same or better than Ran weapons to have equality and don't cause any unbalance between players.
